Huh? Yes, perhaps young males--including young African-American males--could use some lessons in decorum, but if we're concerned about young people displaying their underwear, etc., young men are a very odd place to start. I submit the photo above--taken from the Sydney Morning Herald--as evidence.

Yet another example of how males are the only politically acceptable target, particularly on the left side of the political spectrum.
