Edmonton Cabbie Sues False Accusers

May 23rd, 2009 by Robert Franklin, Esq.

cabbiefalsecharge

The above is a still shot from a video taken by Edmonton, Alberta cabdriver Soner Yasa.  According to this article, back in April 2006, Yasa picked up four young women in his cab (CBC, 5/15/09).  They were drunk and one lit a cigarette.  When Yasa told her smoking in the cab was against the law and could get them fined $500, they got angry and demanded he stop the cab and let them out.  He did and they refused to pay the $13 fare.

They then upped the ante.  They claimed Yasa sexually molested them; then they called their friends as backup.  Soon, Yasa alleges, he was surrounded by a "mob."  He called the police and so did the young women.

Unfortunately for them, Yasa had installed a video camera in his cab for his own protection.  The police viewed the footage and refused to charge Yasa.

But they also refused to charge the women, so Yasa has done that himself in civil court.  He's filed suit for damages against the four claiming $60,000 from each.  He says he wants to teach them a lesson.

That doesn't sound like a bad idea.

Whatever may come of his civil suit, which looks to me like a slam dunk winner on liability, although the damages might not come to much, I have to wonder how many men have been saved, by fortuitous photography, from long stretches in jail.  We know the ease with which a woman's charge of domestic violence, whether real or made up, can get a man thrown out of his house and out of his children's lives.  And there's persuasive evidence that allegations of rape or other sexual assault are used by women for a wide variety of reasons including getting back at a man for some slight.

The young women here seem to have done exactly that and with a facility that suggests it didn't take much thought.  It's as if this was not a new idea with them.  Of course I may be reading too much into a single article about some unproven allegations.

Whatever proves to be true in the case of Yasa and the four boors, it's worth noting that power corrupts.  Our laws and police practices have, over the past many years, placed enormous power to jail men in the hands of women.  The stories are legion of police jailing men even when the woman admits it was she who hit, stabbed, etc. him.  It should come as no surprise when that power is abused as it apparently was here.

Men - keep those cell phones handy at all times.  The photo you take may save your life.

My wife consistently lied against me in divorce court. I asked my $400/hr lawyer, "Can I record the conversations?" "No." "Why not. It's my home - private property. Or we'll be in public. The paparazzi takes recordings of people to share with world." "Sorry. Take your injustice like a man." I thought I heard him say. Maybe it was the way he looked at me.

In Illinois. they have rules - no surprise here. And you can guess, these rules work against the falsely accused. "In Illinois, an eavesdropping device cannot be used to record or overhear a conversation without the consent of all parties to the conversation."

I suspect this rule enables a court to remain busy to find the truth over many hearings and a trail and "character" accounts and expert witness personality assessments of "he said she said" case compared to pressing play.

    Each state has different rules.

Here is the story with some video from the cabbies tape.

you can hear the girls say 'he was trying to molest us'.

What if a mob beat and killed him?

    Shame on those girls.

  3. tweesdad Says:

I say record anyway, especially if it's your life, liberty and pursuit of happiness at stake (including your ability to raise your children).

And especially when you're being lied about in a civil (family) court - the judge hearing your case would have to actually put in some work to refer you to the DA's office for one thing. For another, if you just proved that your ex was lying under penalty of perjury, if your lawyer is any good they should make the judge would "look bad" going after you and not the liar.

Back to the story, where again is the outrage from women's groups and the domestic violence industry? THEY should be the ones asking for criminal charges against these women, who are using laws to protect the innocent as a weapon, and in many cases casting doubt and suspicion over genuine allegations.

The problem is related to good ol' fashioned chivalry - something these groups don't mind helping themselves to - which allows accusers playing the "woman card" to avoid any accountability while still wielding great power. "Oh the ladies would NEVER abuse a law like this to hurt someone...." was the narrative going on in the (mainly male) legislators' minds.

  4. greyghost Says:

I thought women never would lie about something so serious. That cop checking that guys video should have locked all of them drunk women up (if that was the case) for filing a false police report and for theft of service. My brother in law is a cop, I'm sending him this web site he needs to see some this crap going on out there.

  5. bell Says:

A bunch of drunk chicks trying to arbitrarily ruin a mans life over a cigarette.

A crowd of crusaders ready and willing to hang the accused.

    Sounds like monty python.

Just lucky for the guy that the cops looked at his video. Had he waited for court to present this evidence it most likely would not have been accepted.

Just a thought, the police can use surveillance footage in court based on the presumption that you agreed to be recorded by entering an area where surveillance cameras were placed and well marked.

Much like this cabbie, how about a permanent camera in the home. For a partner to argue in front of an unconcealed permanent camera is to agree to be recorded by it. Just a thought.

  6. Chris Says:

Mr. Soner Yasa was close to being Nifong'ed, if it was not for his recording.

This begs the question, "How many innocent men are paying for false violence against women charge?

Notice the females names are withheld, though they committed the crime.

Bottom line in civil court, and we ought to follow up, the women will be charged guilty with a suspended punishment. Female defendants almost always are forgiven before a jury.

  7. Captain Chunk Says:

If he wins damages, I wouldn't want to take the bet that they will actually pay up. Can people in Canada be jailed for failure to pay civil damages?

  8. menscollegeactivist.org Says:

Constant exposure to faulty and inflammatory rape misinformation agitation propaganda, foments a hysterical, irrational mob mentality, like the mob that surrounded this cabbie, and like the mob out in front of the Duke lacrosse boys house after their false rape accussation.
If the public were fed the truth about the real percentages of false rape accussation (it's not 2%), one thing is for certain...it would diffuse the irrational, hysterical mob mentality that erupts when a girl says she has been raped. The truth, will lead to logical actions...based on that truth, which would again diffuse the irrational klan like mob mentality.

  9. menscollegeactivist.org Says:

Alot of women and girls are abusing the mob mentality that they have fomented by pointing their mobs at innocent men/boys.

  10. metalman Says:

"Men - keep those cell phones handy at all times. The photo you take may save your life."

    Robert,

THANK YOU for not hemming and hawing about the 'privacy issues' and moral 'whatevers' of protecting ourselves. We need to do what ne need to do, and we don't need anyone's permission or approval. END OF STORY.

    You rock.

  11. Barbara Says:

Stories like this infuriate me. False allegations hurt everyone. It's because of women like these that true victims are often afraid to speak up out of fear that they won't be believed. I have no idea how many "unproven" allegations are actually fabricated, but I know that there are MANY true victims who keep quiet because the accusations have become so commonplace that no one takes them seriously anymore. A "not guilty" verdict is not the same thing as "innocent" but in cases where the accusations are proven to be false, the liars should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I understand the arguments that true victims would be even more hesitant to come forward if there were a possibility that they could be punished if the allegations were not sufficiently proven, but I really think that reducing the number of false claims would bring back some of the credibility in the true cases.

  12. Barbara Says:

Before anyone jumps on me for "no one takes them seriously", outside of the extreme feminists, "normal" men and women are about as jaded as y'all when it comes to claims of domestic violence and rape. The police may show up and make a man leave, but they don't rush to the call and in my (admittedly limited) experience, they try to shame and guilt the accuser right off the bat because they assume the call is just a ploy.

Look at the case of the two little boys in Chicago...their father was ordered supervised visitation but after a period of time, he was awarded unsupervised. He kidnapped and murdered the boys. If there weren't so many false accusations, then the resources would be available to really investigate and figure out when someone is a danger. If the vast majority of custody battles didn't involve allegations of abuse on one or both sides, then the cases that did could be taken more seriously and lives could be saved.

Look at the case of the father in California who recently bit his son's eyes out. He had a record with CPS and had pled no contest to willful mistreatment of a child but he still had full custody (the mother was even worse!) In a PCP induced frenzy, he attacked his son and left him blind and scarred for life. If it weren't common knowledge in "the system" that "everyone" claims abuse, then he might have been looked at a little more closely before being given custody.

I'm not intentionally calling out men on this issue...those are just two that jumped into my mind because I've read about them in the last few days. Also, if you assume (as I'm sure most of you do) that most of the false accusers are female, then the alleged perpetrators would probably be male. I blame the false accusers for watering down the perception of rape and domestic violence to the point that truly dangerous perpetrators are allowed to slip through the cracks.

  13. bell Says:

I wonder just how much alcohol played a part in this? hmmm

  14. Attila L. Vinczer Says:

Here is my personal view about recording!
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BDLSy9U31bQ&eurl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Ecanadacourtwatch%2Ecom%2F&feature=player_embedded

In Canada it is LEGAL to tape record any conversation with ANYONE, anytime anywhere so long as you are a party to the conversation as you require one party consent. YOU are the one party! You may not intercept a conversation of others without their consent. However, within your home when lives are in danger, courts do have discretion and such recordings may be admissible as evidence for the protection of children even if you were not there.

In criminal court the bar is set much higher and evidence collected, or obtained unlawfully is not admissible! I could never quite understand that? Why it would be wrong to provide verbatim material evidence is beyond me! Is it not the courts objective to get the truth???

Even if it is not legal to record, would having verbatim records be harmful for your personal use?

I have caught, Police, CAS/CPS, my wife, her relatives, school principal, my lawyer, the Law Society, Court Officials, paediatrician and many others committing crime, planning on committing crime and failing to do their job within their fiduciary duty to do so! I did this by tape recording!!!

Yesterday I spoke with a retired OPP officer who is helping me bring a school principal to justice and he told me that what I have in terms of evidence is GOLD!!!

I couldn't stress this more that it is crucial that you tape record EVERYTHING!!! If where you live it is against the law to record sound even if you are a party to the conversation then install hidden cameras, that will also help you as it is irrefutable corroborating evidence!

Don’t always believe what your lawyer tells you! Ask them to put things in writing that your conscience tells you is not sound legal advice. Log onto WWW.CanadaCourtWatch.com and get a free copy of a manual about tape recording your own Court Hearing or click on this link here http://www.canadacourtwatch.com/legal_documents/Article-RecordingYourOwnCourtHearing.pdf . I believe similar rules will apply in the United States as in Canada.

  15. menscollegeactivist.org Says:

There is no amount of illogical reasoning that can justify not charging false rape accusers.

  16. Pierce Harlan Says:

I recently wrote about a women-only taxi company in the UK, started because of women's supposed "fears" of male cab drivers. My point was that the male cab drivers have more to fear from their young female passengers since they are commonly targeted for false rape claims: http://falserapesociety.blogspot.com/2009/05/do-women-really-need-women-only-taxis.html

Don't want to pay your fare? If you're a woman, just cry "rape!" and destroy a man's life to save a few dollars. Need a handy male to accuse of rape to explain some illicit sexual encounter? Your friendly cab driver will do just fine, thank you.

  17. Pierce Harlan Says:

And here's how I feel about recording these encounters: http://falserapesociety.blogspot.com/2009/04/evidence-that-proves-rape-charge-is.html

  18. donnie w Says:

a bit off topic, but then again maybe not: dated a women for 6 months. she stole over $3000.00 in cash from me and various other items, some valuable, some not. her explanation to the lady who introduced us was and i quote "i was determined to make the first guy i dated after my divorce was final, pay for my ex husband leaving me." she was successful. no cameras. no witnesses. no hope for me. she walked and i learned a valuable life lesson that stays with me even though it's been 17 years and counting.

  19. terri Says:

Drunken woman and false rape charges are common in a cab, albeit other places too, that the Taxi Federation in NZ believes false rape complaints against drivers are affecting the credibility of the industry.

The rape charge, like DV charges, stay on a man's criminal public record, and like employers, your wife family and friends always have doubt, especially in a man bad, woman good culture. The better safe than sorry culture when dealing with men.

In the UK this month Mr Bishop, a victim of false rape by a drunk woman, said: "I have been to hell and back. "I feel the way that I was treated - being arrested in my own living room at 4:30 am in front of my wife - I do not think people understand the distress, and the hurt, it caused myself, my wife, my family, and my friends. I cannot ever drive a taxi again..."

Notice the media call most false charger "girls" though they are old enough to drink, smoke, and have abortions, be out late at night.

  20. Duncan Macleod Says:

Terri , did you see regarding that case, he has been allowed to go for compensation from the gvmt over those lies, FINALLY there may actually be a prescident ( sp i know ) for this that will force a change , afterall if those men proven innocent due to lies can claim i think the gvmt will have to try and stem the cash they will pay out.

  21. metalman Says:

"but I really think that reducing the number of false claims would bring back some of the credibility in the true cases."

The ONLY victims of false claims are the FALSELY ACCUSED. END OF STORY. Don't come here and try to detract from that.

  22. john Says:

its so nice to see the truth come out...........what still bothers me ....is that the media....doesn't want to take this on because of political correctness....this isn't just some rare thing....most women...know that they can screw men over like this

  23. Pankaj Says:

    terri,

The owner of a property should in the view of libertarian philosophy has the right to tape etc. everything - pretty much everything he/she wants. I say, tape it on your property and for safe measure stick one of those "Caution: You will be videotaped, by entering you consent to being video recorded" stickers on your doors.

  24. Duncan Macleod Says:

metalman ,. i think she is right in a way although its two very seperate issues they have an interconnection , and if we can take apart false accusers, if we can punish them if its seen that the feminist propoganda machine that false accusations being punished stops real victims coming forward then as a flip each and every case that comes forward will be treated with greater belief because people know to lie would mean sever sanctions.

I think thats what she meant , I may be wrong after this week here i am a lil cynical.

  25. Barbara Says:

    Metalman Says:

The ONLY victims of false claims are the FALSELY ACCUSED. END OF STORY. Don't come here and try to detract from that.

    ****
I'm not detracting from anything but I respectfully disagree. There are many victims of false claims.
    1. The person who is falsely accused obviously suffers the most - I'm not trying to minimize that.
    2. The family of the falsely accused suffers in numerous ways. Public humiliation, destroyed relationships because of the doubts the accusations raise, financial hardships because of lost income and legal expenses are just a few.
    3. The taxpayers suffer because resources are being wasted investigating and prosecuting false claims.
    4. People who genuinely need the services of those who are wasting their time on false claims suffer. Whether it's a delay in getting into court for a legitimate reason because of the backlog of fabricated cases, delays in police response time because the police are busy dealing with false allegations, a shortage of foster homes for children who really need them because children were taken away from their parents unjustly, etc.
    5. True victims of violence/abuse suffer because society is desensitized by the false allegations and there is a "common knowledge" that these kinds of accusations are brought for personal gain.
    6. Society as a whole suffers when people are so afraid of false allegations that teachers are not allowed to hug a crying preschooler or help a child with a stuck zipper, doctors are afraid to examine a patient without a room full of witnesses, cab drivers have the expense of installing cameras in their cars, and generally people don't trust each other enough to be around each other.

So yeah, the person who is falsely accused is absolutely a victim, there is no question about that...but that's just the beginning. EVERYONE suffers because of false allegations. Obviously the people who are making false claims don't care about the people they are accusing, maybe if they realized the far-reaching effects of their actions, they would care about that.

  26. abprosper Says:

    Barbara has it spot on.

I think the false accusers should get some "county jail" or its Canadian equivalent time too, a year of weekends would be just and hurt more than a few months all at once.

  27. NE Says:

Whatever may come of his civil suit, which looks to me like a slam dunk winner on liability,

You mean a slam dunk winner on the ground so "intentional infliction of emotional distress?" A trot civil wrong?

  28. Hereitis Says:

"Whatever proves to be true in the case of Yasa and the four boors, it's worth noting that power corrupts. Our laws and police practices have, over the past many years, placed enormous power to jail men in the hands of women. "

Yes, and it has been abused for far too long...

The CRUX of problem here isn't how "many" women nor how "many" men commit false allegations of sexual assault or domestic violence. Nor, how many "percentage wise" are false, et al... but....rather...

The CRUX of the problem is the current SYSTEM which allows for a false allegation to be made with such ease... On a mere allegation and simply signing a piece of paper...off the authorities go arresting people, only AFTER the arrests does it come to light that the entire situation was a hoax or false allegation. That is what needs to be changed...

What needs to happen is a 7 day wait... First an investigation should be required and then and only then AFTER a due investigation into these allegations with enough evidence should an arrest warrant be sought and the individuals civil liberties taken from them and arrested. This will also give tempers time to calm down and if a man or woman usually a woman making the false allegation comes to her senses no harm is done, no arrests have been made yet...

Why is this SO difficult for anyone here to understand this?. Do you all not have any common sense at all.. The way the police departments deal with these situations is not even done in a professional manner in my opinion. Running out arresting people on just an allegation, without proof and an investigation being performed FIRST...please...

  29. john Says:

false accusers.....should have to register like a sex offender....more women would start acting like adults

  30. mc Says:

So what if a recording isn't admissible in court? Just knowing that you have proof of your innocence would have a serious dissuasive effect on any potential false accuser. For instance, would she try to escalate her lie to a full-on prosecution knowing that you (or someone else) could discreetly post a video or voice conversation on the internet? Would a judge be willing to rule against you if such a video was being publicly circulated?

  31. Jim Says:

John I totally agree with you!

They should all have to register as sex offenders.

Men need protection too...they are human beings after all....maybe not to the legal system but to me they are.

If a guy has to register for peeing in public or grabbing a girls arm then attempting to ruin a guys life should be good enough for the registry.

  32. badger Says:

  34. dave aldridge Says:

Hey where is jeana, she is always conspicuous by her absence when these stories come up, wonder why. Why is it that these women are not named and shamed as a man would be.

  35. john Says:

the video of this is on u tube

  36. dave aldridge Says:

One thing seems clear from all this, if you are a male taxi driver NEVER EVER pick up a female passenger under ANY circumstances.

  37. Attila L. Vinczer Says:

"Why is it that these women are not named and shamed as a man would be."

That's because women are to be treated like ladies and because women are not really equal to men! Remember! Women split assets with the male (if lucky) and the male gets all the liability! So men actually get more! Right?

Women could never take the pressure of being humiliated. Women are frail and shy. Females are docile quiet creatures who don't cause any trouble as they usually read books quietly. It is the boys/men who are rambunctious getting drunk and causing all kinds of trouble don’t you know?

Can you imagine what may have happened to these sober or was it completely drunk females had they gotten caught up with some fraternity guys or just any guys that were looking to have some fun.

I think these girls were stupid to put themselves in a perilous situation to begin with. Spoiled little brats is what they are! It starts from a young age. There is a little girl in my son’s grade one class who comes from a single parent home where a 25 year old mother spoils the child to the extent that she refuses to follow any rules at school and the staff is unable to deal with her.

Last week on a trip to the zoo where I volunteered I saw this girl under the slide bawling. I thought she got hurt so I rushed to see. She told me that the adult in charge had left her behind. Two teachers came and told me they were having trouble with her and to leave her alone. Well this little brat started telling the teachers how they were mean and how she hated them ( because she wouldn’t listen to them). She was made to sit out in the hall when we returned to school where I caught her giving the bird to all the other kids passing by in the hall. I made her stop and promise me she would not do that any more! I found it interesting that she would listen to me. Could it be that a father figure in her life might be a good thing? A father that might instill discipline?

I am sure there are countless others like her who will grow up without discipline in the home to go out and get drunk later in life and make false allegations against innocent people such as this cab driver who could have been jailed due to a bunch of disobedient, disrespectful girls who were mad because they didn’t have it their way! So what is a girl to do? Cry foul! Cry wolf! Implicate innocent men without being tough that it is wrong to do that!

Matters like this should never go this far if children who will become young adults are taught to understand the difference between right and wrong and that there are consequences for not following rules!

Here is an excerpt from the Canadian Criminal code. The cops should have laid charges of mischief as they clearly had the evidence to do so! Is it not unbelievable that they would have charged the man for sexually molesting them ( had he not had proof to the contrary ) based on the woman’s hear say, yet they do not charge the women when there is irrefutable hard evidence.

    Public mischief
    140. (1) Every one commits public mischief who, with intent to mislead, causes a peace officer to enter on or continue an investigation by
    (a) making a false statement that accuses some other person of having committed an offence;
    (b) doing anything intended to cause some other person to be suspected of having committed an offence that the other person has not committed, or to divert suspicion from himself;
    (c) reporting that an offence has been committed when it has not been committed; or
    (d) reporting or in any other way making it known or causing it to be made known that he or some other person has died when he or that other person has not died.

    Punishment
    (2) Every one who commits public mischief
    (a) is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years; or
    (b) is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction.

We have good laws that covers cases like this. Unfortunately we have cops that are not allowed to uphold the law by a society driven by feminists. Cops tell me this off the record all the time!

What I would have done is written to the police Chief and demanded charges be laid. I would have put the same pressure on the Crown Attorney. If they still failed to lay charges, I would have laid them myself which would initiate a court proceeding where the accused would need to argue why the charges should not be heard in court. I would have then brought the matter to Civil Court, as he did suing for damages. This sequence would have made a stronger case for him all around and would have better been able to show he sustained serious damages.

Unless we hold women accountable for their ill actions, and they rarely are and they know it, we will NEVER effect change and stop women from indiscriminately hurting men. As Barbara put it, women like these ruin it for decent law abiding women and men! I too am infuriated by this kind of wanton behaviour by four despicable women!

    Attila

  38. john Says:

the old saying.....hell hath no fury like a woman scorned......well women walk around today knowing that they can create a storm against men...and these days they have the courts nad govt on their side !!!!!!!!!!!!

  40. Attila L. Vinczer Says:

"Can somebody explain to me why the victim (the cab driver) was named but not the accused wrongdoers?"

Because women's identities are protected by law when women accuse men of rape or sexual assault, even if they made up the whole thing as in this case! It is an unprecedented error in law that protects a criminal, sometimes even financially compensating that female criminal and is exclusive for the benefit of females while they freely commit the crime of public mischief and are nearly never held accountable! Only women have this kind of preferential exclusivity as far as I could find!

    Attila

  41. JeanB Says:

    Go Yasa!

People lie all the time, and they get away with it all the time.

Alcohol is no excuse. If you choose to get drunk then you have to live with whatever you do while drunk. (For those of you missing jeana and GG (for whatever warped reason) this comment alone should at least get GG riled up.)

I’m pretty sure the names of the females are not a secret, this particular news story was an interview with the victim and he didn’t name the perps. If, and if is a big word, the media continues to follow the story their names will become public knowledge.

I read the story and a few of the comments left on that site, they are worth reading. Some say the women are getting off easy and should also have to do jail time. I agree.

  42. Attila L. Vinczer Says:

There is no law against lying. A man's honour is his word and once you break your word there is nothing unless you lie to protect life and limb. It is however illegal to lie under oath and when it becomes public mischief both triggering the Criminal Code. If you do not apply the law to everyone the same then why have rules?

In Canadian Family Court women lie all the time within their affidavits and is rampant. Children's Aid workers lie as well and Lawyers and Judges are not immune either. Recently we had a CAS/CPS worker caught altering a Doctors letter to suit her needs in court against a parent! Can you imagine! We certainly have serious corruption within our judicial system that need immediate attention and correction!

Regrettably by allowing these women to wiggle out of being held accountable will eventually place a women's word in disrepute and is perhaps the reason Barbara and others are infuriated. Women in particular should denounce this kind of unacceptable behaviour as men go to jail regularly because of false allegations!

  44. Barbara Says:

Attila - Actually, I'm infuriated because what they did was wrong and it would appear
'the system" is allowing them to get away with it. I do agree with you that actions like these hurt the credibility of true victims, but that's not the main reason it bothers me. Not all women are sexist or need a female victim to see that wrong has been done.

  48. wez Says:

Twice in my lifetime, I have had friends falsely accused of rape. In both cases they were guilty before proven innocent.

In the first case, a video tape of the incident clearly showed a drunk woman actively and sexually engaging a drunk man and they clearly had consensual sex then fell asleep together, holding each other. Apparently she forgot that he asked her if she wanted to video tape it and she said yes. Still, he sat in jail for two weeks until a judge saw the tape and immediately dropped all charges. She, of course, walked away from it.

In the second case a woman was having an affair and got caught with the guy in the backseat of her car in the parking lot of a nightclub. She screamed rape when she realized that her husband's friend caught her. This guy spent 3 *MONTHS* in jail before the judge reviewed e-mails and text messages between them that clearly showed they were having an affair and that they planned on engaging in sexual activity that night in that parking lot. She admitted she lied. He lost his job! She walked away without consequence.

    This has to stop!

Here in Brantford Ontario Canada there were several cabbies attacked by females one was lucky he stopped the cab and rolled out before she stab him. anther was not so lucky he had his throat slit by the female. He survived but will not drive again unless the taxi company puts a safety cage between the front seat and the back.

  51. menscollegeactivist.org Says:

Hey wait...gender feminist propaganda states hysterically...."Women and girls never, ever, ever, ever, lie about rape....EVER!!!"

  52. Attila L. Vinczer Says:

Only after girls and women get the message that they will be jailed for committing public mischief will they start to consider or think about how they behave when it comes to lying about facts and occurrences which puts men in jail!

For me it is sad and a failure of society when we need to resort to the last consequence of punishment/deterrent being jail. In those cases, the parents have failed them, the schools have failed them, society has failed them. However, women do not get or understand the seriousness of or care that they are causing much harm and it will take one or more times of having these selfish vindictive women put behind bars to get the message to seriously register that you can not do these things. Perhaps girls will then stop discussing this type of strategy to get at someone while they play their silly games with men. Instead they will be texting that hey we can’t use false allegations against men as we will go to jail! Did you hear what happened to.....

People do not make up a strategy on the spot, especially when they are drunk. These girls have talked about, thought about using a false sexual allegation against men as a strategy to get even or better their position or to simply be vindictive and hurtful against a male. This mind set has been ingrained over time. Where do these women/girls get this kind of ideology? Who teaches this?

All the hate propaganda has taken hold of many girl’s and women’s minds to despise, hate, destroy, hurt, humiliate, denigrate men for no reason at all! I sense this around me all the time, everywhere. This is a very bad situation!

There is even a blogger here who wrote this in a previous thread:

“And now men complain about false accusations, but the past generations of MEN who raped women are the ones responsible. So blame men for their own demise --- don't blame women.”

My response was removed as I seriously attacked this incredulously despicable woman. Is it any wonder that hate against men by women with comments such as above will spill over to the minds of other women and even young girls? Here is an excerpt.

“I don’t blame women, I blame women like YOU Xxxxxxx Xxxx for causing so much despair, adversity, unrest and dismay for men and women, families and most importantly to our children, our future, in your indiscriminate attack against men cloaked by a veil of unjust rape laws to justify your criminal vengeful mind! Your attitude is despicable and the likes of you unfit to be received into this or any other worthy society amongst civilized people who prize honour and virtue above the external advantages of rank or fortune or gender!”

I read some of the comments made by males on the Youtube clip and there are some that are very disturbing outbursts against women. Clearly, the effect of women wrongfully accusing men has been acknowledged by men and the negative effect will bring much despair and peril by angry men against women. Is it any wonder that some men will retaliate very aggressively? We can not and should not ignore that very serious potential!

we know that they don't want to criminalize women for false accusing because it it deter real women rape victims from coming forward.....but i don't think that is really good reasoning...its just more pandering with lots of feminists complaining to keep the protection .....just another way men get thrown under the bus

I *have* cameras on my house. One watches the front door, the other watches the driveway and the back gate.

Twice, it's proven me innocent. On one other occaision, it caught someone kicking in my front door. Even with the pictures, the Austin Keystone Cops can't find the guy. Probably because the good ones are out writing tickets to make up for the budget shortfall.

I carry a digital audio recorder wherever I go. I'm working on getting a digital video recorder set up in my car, and a GPS logger.

I'm sorry about *your* privacy, but since *my* presumption of innocence and the right to challenge my accuser properly went out the window, too damn bad.

There's too many people who have a conflict of interest for me to ever trust the judicial system.

Let's "break the silence" for real.

    Offended_Dad:

Way to go! Verbatim evidence is grand and it feels dam good when it sheds light on those who are out to get someone and they fail and they get caught. If only every father/man would simply carry a digital recorder in your pocket it would reduce the population in jails to a large degree and would further expose reality of what goes on within our society.

Actually, there is NOTHING to prove empircally that this has EVER happened, so it's FALSE reasoning. One might GUESS that this 'can' happen, but it's speculation.

Speculation is ok; it's what intelligent people must do to plan for the future; but it CANNOT be mistaken for fact. Thete's a difference between, "This COULD happen' and this "WILL happen.' Apart from our continued need for water and oxygen in the near future, no one knows what WILL happen - only what 'could' happen.

There's a difference between 'Maybe' and 'Definitely.' These words are easily found in any English language dictionary.

    ATTILA RE POST #52
I quite agree. I have been saying for a long time that many [ not all ] of the instances of violence towards women are a result of the discriminatory way that certain women, and in particular the family law system treats men in general and fathers in particular. What else is a man to do when he sees his child abused as my daughter was being abused and the so called family courts doing nothing and the so called family services dept actually RECOMMENDING that his child stay in an abusive situation as they did with me. When i had an interview with the man hating social worker on my case she stated quite clearly that there was nothing she needed to investigate, that she hadn't even read the 6 foolscap pages of instances of abuse and neglect i had brought in and would not do so , and told me quite literally that my daughter didn't have the rights of a dog. This was done specifically to force a violent reaction from me so she could then say i was a nasty violent unfit father. This woman did this sort of thing all the time, luckily i was forwarned of this by a friend close to the dept so i didnt fall for her trickery, but there were certainly other men who did and she has been assaulted at least 2 times by men and i can understand why, what decent father is going to put up with behaviour like this when his childs welfare and even the childs life may be in danger. The man hating behaviour of this woman was well known both within the dept and in the wider community , yet her supervisor said that she acted entirely appropriately despite the former minister for human services deeming it necessary to remove her from my case. AND SHE IS STILL THERE.

    Dave Aldridge:

I entirely understand what you are going through. I have recently successfully had my Children's Aid file closed after three years of pure hell by utterly incompetent child protection workers who recently had illegally ordered my children detained by a school principal against my will and that of my children. Those actions violated the rights of my children and my rights. They also violated various sections of the Child and Family Services Act, the Canadian Criminal Code and the Canadian Charter of rights.

It sounds like your case is somewhere in Canada given your reference to a Minister. Contact me at AttilaVinczer@CanadaCourtWatch.com and I we will help you deal with CAS and set them straight!

    Dear Bad Ass Mom:

You are a joke is why. You are without substance as you cower veiled by anonymity. When I can see who I am talking to then I will perhaps address you if I feel the need to and if I have the time to do so. At least I have the decency to speak and put my name on the line in doing so. Unlike who ever and what ever you are. You remind me that of a sniper who is willing to take mortal shots but unwilling to face those they aim to hurt. Are you ashamed of your own identity, your own name? You are a pathetic coward!

I don't see why punishing FALSE accusations would deter anyone from making REAL and TRUTHFUL accusations. There are already penalties for lying to the police, or calling 911 without cause, but that hasn't been cited as a deterrent to people in real trouble reaching out.

  62. beentheretwice Says:

I refused to "come to the door" to pick my children up during child exchanges with my X. This was actually an issue brought into the court by my X. My reason, if I accepted an invitation to enter her house, I knew my X was very capable of creating a domestic situation at her door or in her home, I knew she was a pathological liar (as supported by an MMPI we took) and would she have been successful lying to a court about some fantasy of abuse. In a very bitter custody fight I always kept my distance, for my protection.

  64. Dustin Says:

Something nobody seems to have pointed out, is that these women didn't just call the cops. They screamed to BYSTANDERS and people trying to make a scene. I bet they wanted a mob to try and beat up the cabbie, and obviously with no evidence to back up the cabbie you have no idea what some drunk men will do for drunk 19 year old women.

It makes me sick, and I hope someone contacts their college or University, their employer, and all of their friends to make sure everyone knows what they did. It happens to men, why shouldn't a woman have it happen to her?
