Spanish Man Released after 11 Months in Prison on False DV Charges
June 5th, 2009 by Robert Franklin, Esq.Jose Antonio Santos has been released from prison after serving 11 months on a charge of domestic violence. Apparently the charge has been proven to be false. Raquel Valle claimed numerous attacks by Santos over a 13-year period, but Santos proved that he was elsewhere when many of the attacks occurred. Police now believe that Valle's injuries were self-inflicted.
Valle became something of a celebrity due to her lurid claims. Newspapers, magazines and television reported on what she described as a living hell.
Santos was released from prison in April 2008, and a court in Seville has apparently now dismissed the charges against him.
He and Valle have two children. No word on his prospects for custody. Likewise no word on whether criminal charges have been sought against Valle for her false claims. And no word on whether Santos intends to sue Valle for her false imprisonment of him. Finally, no word on what steps all the media outlets that uncritically passed on to the public Valle's false claims will take to rehabilitate Santos's reputation.

I like the last part about what steps the media might take to restore his reputation!!
Usually it works like this in the media after they put your mug shot on tv or in their paper and make a fortune off of your image making you out to be a criminal. You will be lucky if they do a 1 minute spot on tv telling about you being innocent or a one paragraph article in the back of the newspaper.
I have a good idea.
What if you make the media pay the innocent person every penny that they collected by using the innocent persons name and image on their network or newspaper.
After all they made a huge profit using your name and image falsely accusing you of a crime!

I expect Ms. Raquel Valle will be offered a book deal with speaking engagements at Universities and corporate DV fundraisers. Ms. Valle will also be a guest appearance on The View and Oprah to explain her side of the story. These appearance will boost, help ratings, raise awareness and more money.
A few years from now, a local bar will feature Ms. Valle in a "Hot for MILF Night" promotion. Business will be good.
Well...Mr. Jose Antonio Santos will be divorced, so lose his children, eighteen years of income, 1/2 his house, and car. But he will be "awarded" the most of the marital debt and an Order of Protection. He will still be unemployed, as his public record will show DV charges and prison time. Hey the guy is an accused wife beater - he must be guilty of something. Right.

And note how a story about the lies and deceit (not to mention self-harming) that caused a man to rot for 11 months in prison just HAS to end:

It is a direct conflict of interest to promote male arrests in domestic violence calls,(even when the women is the aggressor) in order to cash in these arrest statistics for VAWA dollars.
This law enforcement conflict of interest is enabling violent women, and furthering the attack on men/fathers/boys. They will continue this Alliance until society breaks apart (some say it already has), or the Alliance and conflict of interest is called on the carpet.

Similar event happened to me. I tried suit for only my attorney fees after criminal courts cleared me officially/legally after trial as Not Guilty. It is on my record now even though disposition is not guilty. I noticed human resource managers and interviewers for jobs looking, asking, or just plain ruling me out for jobs (as one may think ... he probably did it - he's a man, or he probably didn't do it but evidently something happened. It is a reason to probe.)
It is really sad. My daughter mother told me a long time ago when I broke off the intimate relationship that if I didn't want her, then I don't won't our daughter ... that it was both or none. Ashame what some of us have to deal with too. There is more ... way more to this story also .. of course.

In Seville, Spain, 17% of DV charges are withdrawn and 65% are closed by the DA (archivados) meaning the DA thinks are bullshit by spanish law., :

It's women like this who lie, exaggerate and pretend about Domestic Violence who give the REAL Victims problems. I have to laugh about what's been said about my husband, as I said to my friend today - If he was really THAT abusive as he is made out to be - why aren't I cowering, why aren't I scared to confront him, why don't I have bruises to show for it, why aren't my children scared to death of him - instead he is my protector, I feel absolutely loved, supported, SAFE and cherished and I want to grow old with him. Some of my friends who ARE REAL victims have never gone near another man for years ie 5 to 10 and some still can't.

My son was falsely accused about 6 years ago. Even though his ex actually admitted she lied in court a few years later.(She was actually the one that assaulted him). His life, his child's life and ours as grandparents have been totally destroyed. He was kept from his child for years, threatened by the prosecutor that if he didn't plead guilty he'd never see his child again, and they'd make his life Hell. They have certainly done that as he has continued to refuse to say he is guilty of something he is innocent of. They hate it when any man tries to refute these false allegations, and punish him for doing so.
Equal rights? Equal protection under the law? Not in these cases of false accusations of domestic violence that are so numerous and so totally devastating.
Even though all charges were later dismissed (over 3 years later) after she admitted the lie, the damage will never be repaired. My son was kept from his only child for years, and is still kept from him. Her divorce attorney has only to walk into court and announce to the judge that he had been previously ACCUSED of violence, and his parental rights and visitation orders are not enforced. Her divorce attorney is pro-bono from the local "women's domestic violence center", a place that fights to keep my son from his child even though their "client" lied and was the actual perpetrator, even though she has been jailed for possession and delivery of drugs, even though they have seen proof that my grandchild lives in abuse, neglect and was abandoned by her.
What kind of place represents LIARS, DRUG DEALERS, CHILD ABUSERS solely because their female, to thedetriment of a child? From what I've learned ALL of these radical feminist centers care nothing about the children they help destroy. All they care about is the more women they represent, the more men they destroy, the more tax dollars they bring in. Men's taxes help finance the destruction of their childen and themselves.
My only grandchild has been neglected, abused and once abandoned by his mother, yet those words "he was previously ACCUSED of violence" continue to form a solid wall to ever being able to see his child EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A LIE! It's been years since he's known where his child is at or who he's with. When his ex was jailed on drug charges the judge still wouldn't enforce his right to know where his child is at or who he was left with.
He has had to search and find them several times, but without the judge being willing to enforce even his own visitation orders, it's useless to continue to try. He now lives in constant debilitating depression and has become suicidal. None of us will ever feel whole again, or be able to trust in the corrupt American (IN)justice system.
