Our supporters deluged the Detroit News with letters protesting their Valentine’s Day ad, which appeared on the front page of the Detroit News website. The ad urges men to buy the women in their lives sufficient Valentine’s Day gifts or they’ll get a punch in the face. The ad shows a woman punching a man, the man has a black eye, and the caption reads, "Don’t let this be her response."
